CUSTOMER SATISFACTION TRACKING METRICS
The IDT Guest Management System offers online customer satisfaction comment card tracking metrics utilizing different versions of customized, dynamically-generated surveys responding to each customer's profile.
The online comment card survey is made accessible through an invitation and link imbedded in post-departure "thank you" e-letters.
Based on comments and scores, immediate alerts are sent to appropriate staff with a link to the specific survey and to the customer's GuestView profile.
An interface is provided that enables staff to record, view and track follow-up.
Reports are updated and posted as results are submitted and include statistics, trends, dashboards and survey data are integrated into GuestView profiles when submitted.
Staff can also utilize the survey form to enter data for integration into GuestView profiles.
And, if you already have a vendor in place, IDT will seamlessly work with your vendor through appropriate processes and interfaces.
