Harry Rivkin, President, has more than
forty years of marketing database experience across a variety of
industries. He co-founded IDT, taught the marketing curriculum in the
Saint Joseph’s University MBA program and database marketing courses in
Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration Professional
Development Program. | |
| Ellen Wernick, Executive Vice President, Client
Services, is responsible for client services and a
co-founder of IDT with almost twenty five years of experience in a variety
of marketing positions including research analyst, research manager,
product manager, planning manager and direct marketing
manager. | |
Josh Rivkin, Vice President and Chief Technology Officer,
is responsible for database
technologies and is a co-founder of IDT.He has been in the database
marketing systems field for nearly twenty 20 years and is responsible for
the design, development and maintenance of all marketing databases.
He is IDT’s resident expert on the
design and implementation of processes for automated access and
acquisition of folio/stay data from most of the hospitality industry’s
property management systems and for the transformation of those data from
raw state to marketing database. | |
Jack Chamblin, Vice President,
Modeling and Predictive Scoring, is
a co-founder
of IDT with more than thirty years of experience in the marketing
research, marketing consulting and planning, operations research and
statistical methods. He
is responsible for the development of IDT’s segmentation, modeling and
predictive scoring systems. | |

Sally Reynolds, Client Services Manager,
has
been a member
of the IDT team since 1995. Sally was a senior associate at Driving Revenue
LLC after
completing her Master of Management in Hospitality from Cornell
University. Her responsibilities include marketing database analysis;
strategic and tactical application of data in hotel marketing efforts;
campaign tracking; report design and
production. | |
Ryan Keppler, Client Services Manager,
joined
IDT in
2001 after marketing stints at Best Western Philadelphia, Wild Dunes Resort
in Isle of Palms SC and Internet project manager at McGettigan Partners.
Ryan is a graduate
of Green Mountain College in Vermont with a degree in Resort Development
and Management and certification from Drexel University in professional
studies with a major in e-commerce and internet site
design. | |

Karen Savo, Client Services Manager,
joined IDT in 2004 with twelve years of professional work experience
in business intelligence, data mining and decision support. In 1992 she
formed and managed a productivity and performance improvement
consulting business designed at helping sales organizations achieve average volume
increases – often up to and exceeding 100% - through product
development, survey research, and account management. Karen has worked
in the telecommunications and financial services industries. She earned
her MBA from Drexel University.

Marc Czarkowski, Data Acquisition
Manager, joined IDT in 2000 and is responsible for the design
and implementation of procedures for extracting and downloading client
data from a wide variety of Property Management Systems and coordinates
all data acquisition activities between client properties and IDT’s
database management group. | |

Diane Chronister, Production
Coordinator, joined IDT in 1999 after a ten-year stint with
Institute for Scientific Information where she served in a variety of
positions including editor, technical support representative and database
management specialist. Prior to that, Diane was assistant manager of
public services at Thomas Jefferson University
library. | |
Tony Clemente, Director of Business Development, is a cofounder of IDT who previously served as
director of account management for U.S. Health Data Corporation a firm
specializing in marketing information systems and marketing representative
for Fleming Companies. | |

Raini Pender, Director of Hospitality Database
Services, is a recent addition to IDT’s database management
team bringing with her more than fifteen years of hotel management and
training experience with specific talents in the use of technology in the
hospitality and retail industries. Since 1997, Raini has been a
hospitality consultant assisting hotel management companies in opening and
acquiring properties with hands-on responsibility for interviewing, hiring
and training staff; writing operations manuals and marketing plans; and
testing and configuring property management systems. From 1985 through
1997, Raini served two stints at Renaissance Hotels and Resorts as
director of rooms division, front office manager and assistant director of
housekeeping. She has been an adjunct professor at The Restaurant School
(Philadelphia, PA) teaching courses in hotel and restaurant management. | |
Parth Bhatt, Software Development Manager,
joined IDT in 2000 after serving as software developer for TRC, a firm
specializing in health care delivery. Parth is a graduate of the
University of Mumbai with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance
and a MBA / MIS from the University of Dayton.

Gwen C.D. Andrews, Web Applications
Manager, joined IDT in 2002 after stints as art director of web products, print
collateral and multi-media campaign coordinator at McGettigan Partners,
Martiz McGettigan, Ernst & Young and Drexel University. Gwen is a
graduate of Drexel University Nesbitt College of Design Arts. | |
Kisha Burse, Database Manager,
joined IDT in 2000 after completing certification in
management information systems and two years of food services management
experience. | |
